Position Description

This position is responsible for performing recruiting functions for ImmediaDent Doctor openings. This position will have direct responsibility for selecting candidates for doctor openings and for sourcing, recruiting and on boarding these positions. The Doctor Recruiter drives recruiting activities at the strategic and transactional level and develops and maintains relationships with local organizations, universities, Graduate programs and alumni groups. The incumbent may travel up to 50% of the time.
Essential Functions

• Recruits, screens, and sources doctor candidates to fill open positions
• Builds relationships with local organization, schools and alumni groups to build a pipeline of candidates as well as the ImmediaDent Employment Brand
• Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of personnel needs.
• Determines best avenue of recruiting (advertising, direct contact, employee referral, etc)
• Creates and implements staffing strategies to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool
• Assesses candidates using performance interviewing techniques and recommends qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Develop recruiting strategy for college and industry trade shows. Build calendar and attend relevant events.
• Works closely with the marketing department to create an employment branding strategy as it relates to doctor recruiting collateral
• Ensure outstanding doctor candidate experience from point of contact to hire.
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, HR management preferred
• 2+ years recruiting experience required, preferably in the dental or healthcare field
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Demonstrated experience with employment laws, regulations, etc including EEO, etc
• Flexible work schedule & willingness to travel 50% of the time
