ImmediaDent offers benefits to all full-time employees. Spouses and dependent children are also eligible for coverage under the ImmediaDent plan options. Employees are eligible for benefits at the first of the next month after a full 30 days after hire date. Benefit options for eligible employees include:

ImmediaDent offers two medical plans, a PPO with an FSA, (both medical spending and dependent care offered) and a High Deductible plan with an HSA. PPO deductible is $1,000 individual and $3,000 family. The High Deductible plan's deductible is $2,500 for an individual and $5,000 for family. Plan includes a prescription drug plan with mail order service.

Provides coverage for eye exams and lenses with a $20 co-pay for each yearly and a $130 credit towards lenses every two years. Contact lenses are available with no co-pay and a $130 allowance for contacts and the exam per year.

ImmediaDent is proud to offer a rich dental plan through Guardian Dental to ensure our employees have the bright smile that our patients seek. Eligible employees and their dependents are 100% covered for basic and preventative services.

Both short-term and long-term disability are offered by ImmediaDent. STD pays up to 60% of weekly earnings, not to exceed $1,500 per week; LTD will pay 60% of monthly earnings, not to exceed $10,000.

ImmediaDent is proud to offer eligible employees a complementary $10,000 Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment benefit.

Additional life insurance may be purchased up to $500,000 for the employee and the employee's spouse, and up to $10,000 for children.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow a portion of pre-tax income to be set aside to pay for certain expenses. Two elections are available: Medical spending with a maximum annual election of $3500 and Dependent Care with a maximum annual election of $5000. Participants will receive a debit card to pay for qualifying healthcare and dependent care expenses. The FSA medical spending is available to those employees that select the PPO medical plan; however, employees that elect the high deductible plan are eligible to participate in the dependent care account. If an employee does not select any medical coverage, they are still able to elect the FSA.

A Health Savings Account is a bank account that allows deposits to be made pre-tax to spend on most healthcare related expenses. An individual can contribute up to $3,100 per year and a family can contribute $6,250; employees 55 years of age and older are eligible for an additional $1,000. This money belongs to the employee and rolls over from year to year. Only employees who elect the high deductible medical plan are eligible for the HSA.

While ImmediaDent is open on most holidays, we close to observe Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. Non-exempt, hourly employees will be paid double time for the holidays that our practices are open and worked.
